Your data is yours. Ask, and we export it in standard formats.
How leaving works
- Monthly service ends with 30 days’ written notice. The current month isn’t refunded.
- Build months are the number agreed up front.
- When you leave, we hand over your code, your data and the documentation, with 20 hours of help included.
What we won’t claim yet
We won’t promise you can never get stuck with us until another team has run one of our systems from the handover alone. When that’s been done, we’ll say so here.
